Destiny Peptides reserves the right to request documentation supporting research affiliation and to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

3. Product Information and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately, including purity, quantity, and specification information. Any research summaries, citations, or descriptions published on this website are provided strictly for informational and educational purposes.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we confirm it and dispatch the products. We may limit order quantities, correct pricing or description errors, or decline an order in whole or in part.

We may cancel an accepted order and issue a refund if, among other reasons:

  • The product is unavailable or out of stock
  • A pricing, description, or specification error is identified
  • We are unable to verify the information provided with the order
  • We believe the order may be intended for a prohibited use
  • Fulfilment would breach applicable law or a shipping restriction

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and are exclusive of shipping charges, duties, and taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Payment must be received in full before dispatch. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the destinations listed at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.

You are solely responsible for confirming that the products you order may lawfully be imported into and possessed in your jurisdiction, and for any duties, taxes, or customs charges. We are not liable for shipments delayed, seized, or refused by customs authorities.

7. Returns and Refunds

Because these are research chemicals whose integrity depends on controlled storage and handling, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or improperly stored products.

If a product arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its stated specification, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and supporting photographs. Approved claims will be resolved by replacement or refund at our discretion. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where an error was ours.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:
